The Journey to Health
As I started my journey to health a little over a month ago Pinkies were drawn to ask me to participate as well. How could I say no to that?! Having Pinkies join me on my Journey to the center of health and wellness AND really discover what that means to each of us is a very beautiful thing.
Each Pinkie sets their own goals, their own diet and exercise plan and our job is to hold each of them accountable for what they say that will do (this includes me!)
