In June of 2010 the Pink Posse held an event for Owning You through Meditation where they made their own wind chimes using various items and went through a guided meditation.
 
 
Along with having a photographer shoot photo's of us, allowing our natural beauty to shine through, we also gathered around the craft table to create picture frames that magazine cut outs of photo's and words that described who we are in our lives for ourselves and others. Needless to say, it was a great day!
 
 
Inspired by Jessica's Simpson's campaign in Marie Claire to display the natural beauty of herself without makeup, we decided to take on this challenge as a Pink Posse Event. This is the product of our professional photo shoot, no makeup. Needless to say, we are beautiful inside and out- makeup or not.

One of our quarterly Charity Events was to gather sweaters, jeans, toiletries, socks and journals for The Genesis Women's Shelter. Amongst gathering these things and delivering them to the shelter. We also put together goody bags for the ladies complete with their very own journal, toiletries and a warm fleece blanket. It was fun for us all and I believe the ladies were grateful for their holiday gifts.
 
 
After having done the Genesis Women's Shelter Charity Event, two of our Pinkies, Shari Childress & Stevi were inspired to donate their time and skills to go back to the shelter and give these lovely ladies some haircuts. Everyone needs to feel beautiful. If we can give that gift to another person- why wait?
