Owning Worry: Tossing It Aside 12/08/2009
![]() Last night I got my second card reading from my friend Krystal. I love getting these readings, they reinforce what I already know and sometimes make me aware of emotions and circumstances I have been pushing aside. One of the cards last night read: 'God Box'- A God box is something you put your worries into. It can be something as formal as you putting a piece of paper with your worry written on it into a special box, or as simple as just releasing your worry to the Angels. This is a great way of releasing your fears out so that they can be manifested into the higher good in heaven. When you worry about something what happens is that sends a ripple out to the cosmos and while your intention is to think of a way to fix your situation you are inadvertently sending negative vibes about your situation prolonging the outcome the Angels have waiting for you. So in order to "speed" up the process of fixing your situation release your worries to God and know that things will be taken care of in the end. Just believe all will be well and it will be. ![]() I couldn't help but to immediately take the advice of the card and created my very own worry jar. After I created the jar I wrote two of my worries on separates sheets of paper, balled them up and stuffed them inside the jar. Since I did this, I conversation presented itself with one of the people I was concerned about and left me filled with peace for the circumstances at hand. It was kind of amazing. As for the other, I feel that something is brewing in my favor. I know- that I no longer have to show concern for the topic because I placed it in my worry jar, where the angels are working on it- out of my hands! I encourage you to take the time to create your own worry jar, box, fire, what have you. I was also shown this website by numerologist Kristen Ernst that allows you to create your own inner world. One of the activities involves a campfire, typing out your worries and tossing them into the fire. I got GREAT satisfaction out of doing this. Regardless of this exercise My Inner World is a beautiful creation that inspires meditation, growth, support and self discovery. I can't wait to see/hear about your worry jar! |
